How We Spent Our Summer Vacation

I'd tried a couple of times in the past to achieve lighting that looked like natural sunlight, and never got anywhere close.  But this time I actually had an idea for a scene and needed to figure it out, so I reached out to a few fellow XPS artists and asked for advice, and I'd especially like to thank and for their help.  I probably drove 'em both crazy by constantly asking them, "How does this look?", "Does this look better?", "What about this?"  But without them this would have turned out much worse, so I want them both to know how much I appreciate the help and suggestions.

Also, I just finished the last few episodes of "Chuck" a couple of nights ago, and now everything hurts.    I definitely need some post-ending, happily-ever-after Sarah Walker Miranda Lawson in my life right now, so I'm keeping these 2 on this boat until I'm over it.  Stay tuned for more (hopefully ) before they finally pull back into port...
